CUSTOMER LETTERS & NEW PICTURES
I found Kim`s website through a search engine online.
I e-mailed her with millions of questions, and I always got very fast responses from her.
She was able to answer any of my questions!
Kim and I lived about an 4 hour car ride apart from each other. I asked her if she was willing to
meet me half way with the puppy when it was time to pick him up. I offered to pay for her gas. She
said she would meet me half way- no problem- but she refused to accept gas money! WOW! Is
there any better way to show that the breeder cares more about the puppies than about making
money??? I don`t think so!
My pug Charley turned out to be more wonderful than we could have ever imagined.
He was healthy, socialized, and as crazy as can be. He had no problems adjusting to us, our
other dog, or two cats, and was the king of the neighborhood in no time. Everybody loves him,
and Charley enjoys hugging everyone he meets.
We had no problems what so ever to house train him. I think he had maybe 5 or 6 accidents in
the house. He learns really, really fast.
I would buy a puppy from Kim again- no doubt.
I am so grateful that I stumbled over her website while I was looking for a pug breeder. I could
have not found a better one!

Dear Kim,
I can't even begin to describe the joy that Izzi has added to our lives. From the moment she arrived, she
fit right in, especially with one of our two Great Pyrenees as you can see from the photos. As you must
remember, she's a bundle of energy, running circles around everyone. She's been a great comfort to
me and my husband as he recovers from open heart surgery he had April 1. She's grown a lot...She
weighed a little over two lbs when we got her from you, and she is now about six lbs. I love the way she
was cared for at your facility...so well-socialized and healthy. You do a great job! By the way, she is the
best student at obedience school...so smart. Thanks for everything!
Sincerely,

I am the proud owner of a beautiful baby girl Pug named Punky. I purchased Punky from Kim Roberds
of Pendragon's Kennel in April 2007. From the moment I saw Pug puppy #33 (Punky) on the
Pendragon's Kennel website, I knew I had to have her. Punky is a great addition to my family. She is a
happy and healthy Pug with a big personality. Punky always manages to make me smile, even on the
roughest days.
Kim has been friendly and helpful from the get go. She was more than happy to let me see the Pug
puppies before purchase and showed a great deal of patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm when
answering my 100s of questions about Pugs. (I am a 1st time dog owner) Kim allowed me to visit
Punky after I decided I wanted her. Kim has made herself available to me anytime I have a
question/concern about Punky. Kim showed a great deal of affection and love for the Pug puppies.
When the day came to take Punky home, Kim was almost in tears over having to let Punky go. That to
me shows she loves her Pugs!
I did not shop around for a Pug. Pendragon's Kennel was the first website I stumbled upon and had
a good feeling about it, maybe it's women's intuition....... I would highly recommend purchasing a Pug
from Kim. My father who lives in NJ has a 13 year old Pug and said he would consider coming all the
way to NM to buy a Pug from Kim after hearing about my wonderful experience and seeing how
beautiful Punky is.

To whom it may concern:
We Acquired Two pugs from Kim in 2/2008. When we arrived to pick up the dogs we were met by Kim,
the owner and breeder. She was very friendly, kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make us
and the pugs comfortable with each other.
When it came time to leave she hugged each pug and wished then a good and happy life. She is a
very kind wonderful person who cares deeply for her dogs. Our vet says our two pugs had excellent
care while with Kim.
I highly recommend Kim and Pendragon's Kennel to anyone looking for a wonderful breeder!

I highly recommend the pugs from Pendragon Kennels. When I saw the ad in the Albuquerque Journal that
there were pugs for sale, I called Kim and inquired about them. I told her that I was only interested in a male
and would prefer the runt of the litter. Well, it just so happened that the runt was a male, however, he had
been through quite a lot since he was born. Within minutes, she e-mailed me his pictures so I could see what
he looked like. Kim was brutally honest with me when it came to his health. She told me he had had a
condition called “swimming puppy” and what a struggle it was to get him through that, then he just refused to
eat, and she had to struggle again to keep him alive. She kept asking me if I was sure that I still wanted him
and that he may not even make it until he was ready to be taken home. I told her that I was certain that I
wanted him and mailed her my deposit. She was so good about sending me photos via e-mail as he was
steadily getting stronger and bigger.
After I brought “Frankenstein” home, she was only a phone call away if I had any questions about pugs (I
am a first-time pug owner). Now, Frankenstein has grown from being barely one pound when I brought him
home, to a healthy 21 pounds. He is absolutely beautiful. When I get together with other people I have met
with pugs, they just can’t believe his incredible story. He will be two this coming December.
Thank you so much, Kim, for your dedication to breeding the right dogs together to make such high quality,
loving pugs!
Sincerely,
